As all orders are shipped from Singapore, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to PEFORE, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subjected to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your customs local office to seek further clarification before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation shipping email titled “Your order is on the way”. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link in the email.

If you have yet to receive the email, please be patient. We are expediting your order to the best of our abilities. Orders will usually take around 1-3 working days to be dispatched.

For orders that have opted for self collection at our collection point, kindly collect the orders within 1 month from the time the order is ready for collection.
Orders not collected within 1 months will be considered as cancelled, and a refund will be conducted.
In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) or 30 working days (international orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
