HOW DO I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?
Our Returns policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in Singapore, within 15 days of receiving your order.
Any Returns requested after the timeframe will not be eligible for our 15-Days Free Return Programme.
Items purchased in physical stores are not eligible for online returns.

Kindly wait for our reply for acceptance of return request and provision of relevant tracking details.
Securely pack the item(s) into the packed in its packaging, original poly-mailer. Paste the J&T label onto your parcel. Prepare for parcel collection by J&T on the schedule date.
You will be notified once your parcel reaches us.
We will proceed with process your return request. Once completed, store credits equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s) will be credited into your account. Valid for 6 months.
Kindly note that the processing time for returns takes up to 14 working days from the day the item has been received.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders with the use of any discount code(s) is not applicable for Free Return.
All Returns will be processed in credit term. Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Shipping charges are not creditable.
All Returns requests can only be requested by the original purchasing account. Third parties will not be allowed.
Returns are only applicable for orders made directly from our webstore.
Returns requests can only be made once per order number.
ThePhaseCo reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns (“Returns”). If item does not comply with the above conditions, ThePhaseCo seek the rights to reject the Return. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected item(s) to you. Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition (unscented, unworn, unaltered, unwashed), with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.
All risks in shipping the item(s) to ThePhaseCo shall be borne by you. ThePhaseCo shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.
ThePhaseCo shall not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.
Our Returns policies does not cover item(s) used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by ThePhaseCo, or if the item(s) has been modified in a manner not authorised by ThePhaseCo
ThePhaseCo decisions on Returns are final.
