- Due to hygiene concerns, no return and exchange is allowed.
- All exchange / return request will be done in store credit terms or any alternative arrangement(s) made directly with our customer service assistant.

- Return / exchange request can only be made once per order.

My mask is damaged / has defects. What should I do?
Contact us with an image of the defective mask. We make any verifications required before proceeding with a refund in credit terms or provide a 1-to-1 replacement based on your choice.
I've received the wrong item. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and an image of your mask order received. We make any verifications required before providing a refund or resend the correct item to you based on your choice.
I've received short quantity of my mask. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and an image of your mask order received. We make any verifications required before providing a refund or send the remaining masks over to you to make up for the shortfall based on your choice.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash. We only refund in credit term.
Can I visit your office for the return/ exchange?
No return / exchange is allowed. But you can visit our office to collect your replacement mask (depending on your arrangement with our assistant). Kindly contact us within 7 working days upon receiving the parcel to make the arrangement.
The colour looks different from the website?
Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation between product image and actual product. It may appear darker or lighter.
The prints looks different from the website?
For printed items, placement of prints differs for every piece due to size of print and cut of fabric.
